Exustar C05F SPD Cleats
These SPD cleats are compatible with all Shimano SPD mountain bike pedals and all pedals that use the same 2 bolt style fixing. These are also the popular choice for spinning classes.
The difference between the earlier E-C01F model & this new E-C05F is that the new E-C05F has flat edges, bigger contact area between pedal and cleat and this results in it being more stable.
Interface: EPS-M (Shimano SPD-style)
Compatible with Exustar EPS-M-style, and Shimano SPD pedals.
